U.S international NGOs and works closely with the U.S Department of
State, the U.S Agency for International Development, the U.S Department
of Agriculture and the U.S Environmental Protection Agency on macro-international
humanitarian assistance programs in the Commonwealth of Independent
States of the former Soviet Union.
