Founded in 1978, PCDF began its operation with a focus on nutrition.
The organisation has steadily grown and today its projects encompass
health and community awareness, the sustainable management of marine
and forest resources, small-business development, disaster relief,
human rights and good governance.
PCDF has a skilled group of community outreach workers and technical
experts who utilise participatory tools in their community work.
