How we work

Who we are

FSPI’s staff are some of the brightest, committed and passionate people in their field, led by Executive Director Rex Horoi. The Secretariat employs 24 people within its five signature programmes, as well technical support and administrative staff in the Programmes Support Unit and Communication and Advocacy Unit.

How we work

FSPI’s mission is to work with Pacific communities through people-centred programmes that help foster self-reliance within a changing world. FSPI does this by developing projects based on the needs identified by member organisations and their constituencies to improve quality of life.

What we do

FSPI works through five signature programmes which together carry out the Foundation’s mission of using people-centred programmes that aim to foster self-reliance for Pacific communities in a changing world.
