- Pacific Skills-Link Project – The NGO Capacity Building Project.
As part of its work, TANGO offers many services to member organisations:
- Facilitate a massive campaign workshop on the prevention of HIV/AIDS and provision of contraceptive materials.
- Facilitate various capacity-building workshops for NGOs and small-based community organizations in the areas of project proposal writing, strategic planning, bookkeeping and accounting, basic computing skills, leadership and management, project monitoring and evaluation, among others.
- Facilitate regional staff exchange and study tours for knowledge extension among NGO members.
- Provide administrative support to member NGOs such as email services, fax and photocopying services, secretarial services, access to computer, scanner, digital camera, etc.
- Provide technical hands-on assistance to NGO in the areas of project development and management, human resource development, training and education, organizational development and management, constitution review, project monitoring and evaluation, linkaging and networking etc.
